Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (EDT)
Please join guest speaker Abby Mullen (Northeastern University) for the latest Digital Fellows workshop of the Spring 2015 semester.
This workshop will focus on QGIS and the use of historical maps, georectification, and adding other data on top of those georectified maps in order to increase their usefulness. QGIS is an Open Source Geographic Information System (GIS) that enables users to create, edit, visualise, analyse and publish geospatial information.
We recommend that you bring a laptop on which you can install software to this workshop.
