Due to the popularity of our 2/19 Python workshop, we have decided to offer the same workshop again for those who were not able to register in time. 

Intro to Programming with Python
Thursday, February 26th 2014 – 6:30-8:00pm; Room 6418

This workshop introduces the fundamentals of programming using Python, a language popular in both academia and the commercial world. Topics will include basic programming concepts such as loops, variables, and conditionals, installing and importing libraries, and creating simple scripts. No previous programming experience is necessary. This workshop will be hosted by Patrick Smyth and Keith Miyake.
