The Graduate Center’s Digital Fellows offer workshops on a variety of digital tools and methods of interest to the Graduate Center’s academic community.  Recent workshops have offered introductions to the Python programming language, text analysis using Mallet, creating a digital identity with WordPress, the MySQL database server, and web scraping data from online social media.  Workshops include practical introductions to the tools as well as hands on practice to get attendees up to speed quickly.
